Concept to Production.

Fabric Instructions:

All used fabric need 100% inspection before cutting,to make sure all fabric is qualified, then start shrinkage and wait for cutting.

QC Instructions:

We do our best to manufacture high quality product. Our QA team has clear function: process inspector is responsible for 100% inspection on-line, final inspector is responsible for 100% inspection on-line, QC will performa final inspection to finished product following AQL 2.5 standard before packaging. We always pursue quality improvement.

Pre-Production:

We will make a PP sample for final approval before starting production. This sample is based on all customer comments and remarks.Only after customer's approval of this sample, can we start grading, cutting and sewing, which will help ensure production spec is correct.
